The location is good: Tranportation links are great for rail and car, without compromising on noise. The beach is a 5min drive away or 10min walk.
The building is great: The originality of the venue is nice if you are looking for somthing a bit different.
Service and Staff: On our first visit we met with the restaurant manager, a charming receptionist and member of the house staff, all were professional and accommodating. However, our second visit to see the wedding coordinator was very off-putting, conceited and stubborn are two words that come to mind.
Conclusions: We decided to go to a venue that actually valued us as customers and offered more flexibility.
