We booked our wedding here as they offered a fab price for sit down meal and on first glance everything seemed perfect for our requirements, however as a few months later having arrived to look at the venue made up for a wedding we were not impressed with what we found. The room and stairway leading up to it smelt terribly of damp, the artificial flowers had seen better days, and worst of all the toilets!! I won't go into details! For something that is primarily used a function room it was in a poor state of repair, and this along with the fact we were not able to secure a price in advance for our wedding led us to cancel. Best thing we could have done, as the attitude in response to our cancellation was not very pleasant, mentioning them getting "bigger and better events" than ours! Thats how important customers are to them.
May be a good price, but I'd look around more first! Our new venue is much cheaper, and of a far higher standard!
