we have just had our wedding at this venue on the 10th September 2011.
If we had booked a room here to 'try befor eyou buy' so to speak we absolutely would NOT have held our wedding here .
If you are contemplating a wedding here then we strongly urge you book a room for a night before hand and I guarantee that you will NOT book your wedding here .
Mike and Rachel the wedding co-ordinators are great to deal with it is the rest of the package which is simply awful
The level of service you receive as a guest is truly appalling
Our stay really was a catalogue of disasters and we have given a detailed breakdown to the hotel but also on trip advisor .
The hotel itself is old which is not a problem but what is a problem is the serious need for some refurbishment and some cleaning !( the toilet door in the room wouldnt even close )
However what is unforgivable is the trully awful level of service that one experiences at this establishment .
