This place is ideal if you want a completely blank canvas to work with. The owner is very friendly and easy-going, so you can organize fun, alternative weddings. The garden is beautiful and large so an outdoor wedding would be perfect.
The reason we did not go for this venue is that we have limited time to organize and so ended up going for somewhere with more complete infrastructure (indoor toilets, areas especially designed for wedding breakfast, ceremony room) and in-house catering.
We found the venue hire rates at Buckettsland Farm on the high side, seeing as you would have to pay for everything from the basic marquee hire on top.
