Just to say what a lovely time we had at our wedding in August - sorry it has taken so long to get back to you but a 3 week honeymoon and straight back to work, the last few weeks have flown. Thanks for all your help with the organisation (and to Ella too) - everyone that came said they really enjoyed it, commenting on the quality of the food and the location. some guests said that it was the best food they had had at a wedding and the portion sizes were spot on! The weather really held out for us and we got some great photos. The tables were set out nicely and the bar staff and waiters were great-very helpful. The golf buggys were a really nice touch. The day went so fast but everything seemed really relaxed and well set up. We had a really special day so massive thanks to all.

Dear Liz, we just wanted to tell you how happy we both are about the service that yourself, Ella and the staff of the evening provided at our wedding. We had the most amazing reception! You have been absolutely wonderful! Your organisation, attention to detail, warmth and friendliness made the planning of our day very easy.
The day itself was brilliant. Even though we had some last minute panics and changes; your staff were superb! They made our reception completely wonderful and we, and all of the guests had a fanstastic time. We also had a great new year's eve! The service was unfaultable and the food was delicious. Positive comments were made by all of our guests. The team were more than happy to bend over backwards to ensure any whim was met.
You are a credit to your industry!

We held our wedding reception at Hampton Court Palace Golf Club on the 28th May. It was a magical day, set in the fantastic surroundings of this excellent venue. Nothing was too much trouble for Liz and team. They took all the pressure out of planning the event away from us. The food & wine was excellent and service was second to none. We truly had a wonderful day at this excellent venue. Vivienne Tate. Teddington.

We felt like we had the whole park to ourselves and our guests, were impressed by the beautiful grounds and the deer roaming the around the park. The building was clean, fresh and modern with a lovely lawn area for the drinks reception. The choice of menus was very flexible and extremely well priced. We chose to have our wedding cake as dessert which was beautifully presented, beyond anything we would have thought to ask for. The bar was well stocked and everyone commented on how lovely the wines and beer were. Our unusual request to have Sambuca shots to toast the speeches was not a problem for the venue too! The serving staff were polite, nothing was too much trouble. Liz the Catering Manager was extremely professional and gave us lots of advice to make our day special. Everything ran to time and we are confident that if anything had gone wrong the staff would have dealt with it without concerning us. Our table decorations were expertly laid out by the staff meaning we did not have to get over to the venue in the morning or night before. It was extras like these that made HCPGC a cut above the rest.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our wedding reception at Hampton Court Palace Golf Club. From the planning stages right through to the end of the night everything went very smoothly. The venue is great as it offers the flexibility of outside space, indoor bar area and separate function room all within the beauty of the park. We even had a white deer in the car park on arrival! The food was delicious and served promptly to all tables. All the staff worked very hard to make the day run smoothly and they were successful, we had a fabulous day and would definitely recomend it.

The day went so smoothly, mainly due to the helpfulness and efficiency of all the staff at Hampton Court Palace Golf Club. The canapes and food at luch was delicious and beautifully presented, we had so many compliments. Thank you also for being accomodating with our choices. Hampton Court Palace Golf Club is an ideal venue in a beautiful setting. Thank you to everyobe who worked tirelessly on the day.

My new husband and I would highly recommend HCPGC. I organise conferences as part of my job and have to say that I found the service and professionalism of the staff better than in some of the leading hotel groups! We had very specific ideas about how we wanted our day to run and were not disappointed from beginning to end. During the run up to the wedding I asked Liz Goodchild our contact and Manager many questions to which she responded quickly and with no issue. I imagine every wedding held at the venue to be unique, something which is helped along by Lizs ability to know when to make suggestions, her unflappable nature and accommodating service from all. We organised a coach to transfer our guests from our ceremony to the venue and they all enjoyed the views from the main gate, the grounds are well kept and you have the added attractions of the Palace in the background and herds of deer. Mark and I also had our photo''s taken together half way down the Long Water with the palace and swans in the background. The venue is modern, clean and tastefully decorated, we used the main part of the clubhouse for our champagne and evening reception and a room upstairs for our meal. The main bar has the added advantage that the dance floor is to the side separated from a seating area by pillars. This allows those who wish to sit and have a chat the opportunity to do so, and still be able to see your embarrassing family members throw shapes around the dance floor. By not completely separating the bar from the dance floor the party atmosphere is still kept very much alive! The food was suburb, Liz spent a lot of time with us discussing options and we chose to serve our wedding cake as desert. It is always a worry when catering for large groups of people that the standard of food will be compromised, this was definitely not the case, everything tasted fantastic, was hot and beautifully presented. For the evening party a finger buffet was provided, it was reasonably priced, delicious and we were not pressured when deciding how many people we should provide for. We had seventy people for dinner and a further sixty in the evening, the venue held this number comfortably and the bar was well staffed and stocked. For the the Bride and Groom, the order of the day and making sure everyone enjoys themselves can take some of the fun out of the day. This was not the case for us and can honestly say this was due to Liz and the team at HCPGC, our day was truly perfect the sun even shone in November!. If you chose HCPGC for your reception venue you will not be disappointed.

From our first visit to Hampton Court Palace the guys couldn''t do enough to help us. The guys were extremely kind and patient with all our requests and even helped with new ideas and recommendations. On the day we had the most beautiful weather and the temperature soared. The staff worked so hard for us despite the heat and made sure everything ran smoothly so we could enjoy our day without a care in the Liz and the rest of the guys were brilliant!
