Mary was extremely helpful and professional dealing with our queries and quick to respond. We also appreciated Mary's honest comments regarding food and wine choices and ensuring that the chef delivered the menu that we were looking for. To sum up, I would love to have the day all over again and wouldn't change a single thing! |

We met with Mary early 2009 and from the beginning she made life as easy as possible. A really professional lady of whom we cannot speak highly enough. |

Peter who was the Operations Manager was fantastic, we had some problems with the registrar and he called them, which was very reassuring to us. It was also good to meet him the day before and to see that he was very capable and unflappable. |
