On the 5th September, my new wife Louise and I had the pleasure of using the West Retford Hotel to host our wedding reception. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the excellent service we received and for making our day special. All our family and friends commented on how nice the hotel looked and what a great venue we had chosen. Special thanks go the chef for the lovely food that was provided and also to Craig and his band of staff who looked after us all day.

Having just returned from our honeymoon we have just received our wedding photos and the hotel gardens proved to be an ideal setting as the photos are great. Once again, Louise and I would like to say thanks for giving us a wonderful day and we look forward to visiting your hotel again in the future.

We are writing to say say a huge thank you for your fantastic service at our wedding. Your organisation of our day was perfect. All the staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful especially Craig Betts our master of ceremonies who made us feel that everything was completely under control.
We definitely made the perfect choice of venue, you made our wedding extremely memorable.

Everything went to plan and all staff were excellent in helping the whole event run smoothly.

William was fantastic, a real help and super on the day and the evening before.

Thank you so much for all the effort that you personally put in to make Robyn and Neil’s wedding day truly memorable.

Will you please pass on our thanks to ALL the staff who contributed to the day. We did leave a small token of our appreciation at reception to be shared amongst the staff who worked on the day.

We herd only favourable comments from our guests, not only about the fabulous food but the way that the staff went out there way to be helpful and considerate. They seemed to anticipate everyone’s needs, and not just the bridal party as happens at so many venues.
