Hi Lauren,

Wow what a day

Both Gemma and I would like to extend a huge thank you to you and the team at Northcote House for helping make our wedding such a wonderful day. The venue, the food and the service were absolutely amazing and all contributed to that wow factor we wanted to give our guests.

Over and above this though I have to say that the level of service we received over the whole weekend from Marcus, the Manager at the Steam, Bake and Grill and the staff in general was exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they all went out of their way to ensure things were as easy and stress free as possible. More than anything though I have to make comment about Northcote’s most valuable asset; Oscar. His service and attention to detail was always impeccable and he provides that peace of mind you need on the day without worrying about things getting done or going according to plan. Without doubt he goes above and beyond his levels of duty and pretty much each and every one of our guests commented on how efficiently and effectively he runs the house….he was truly fantastic and I will not only be emailing him personally to thank him but will be emailing Kieran Bradley to pass on my comments.

Finally, we would like to thank you personally for conveying our dreams on paper into reality on the day. I know I was probably a real pain sometimes but we really do appreciate all your efforts and would recommend you, your team and the venue without hesitation to anybody.

Hi Lauren,

I hope you are well and am guessing you are very busy with Spring/Summer weddings. Rob and I wanted to drop you and the team a note to say a massive thank you for helping to make our wedding amazing. We both had the most fantastic day and wanted to re-do it all again! As we expected all the staff at Northcote were brilliant and so attentive to all our guests. Numerous guests commented on how lovely the food was and that they loved the whole table being served at once. It was such a magical day and Northcote House just the perfect place to celebrate it.

I am pleased you were able to see the wedding too as you mentioned you do not often get the opportunity too. I hope you took away some stories to be able to share with other future wedding couples.

There is nothing that we would do differently so a huge thanks to you, Oscar, Steven, Raj and the team for making it wonderful. Rob and I would definitely be interested in future events held at Northcote especially if there is a live band invovled (everyone was partying into the night with our band and loved the sound of them in the inner hall).

Thanks once again and sorry it has taken a while to get in touch. We have been back from our honeymoon for 2 weeks and it is all a bit crazy.

Hi Lauren,

We had the best day!!! The church service was beautiful and then Northcote House was just the icing on the cake. It was lovely to see you there on the day. I keep wanting to come back over just to remember it all.

The whole team on the day were superb, please do pass on my thanks to them and especially to Raj. They were so unobtrusive and accommodating, a number of our guests have commented on this. Of course, you yourself Lauren, were great! You always made me feel very special and were always very accommodating with my many requests - thanks so so much.

I would just like to say a BIG BIG THANK YOU for all the effort you, Oscar and the staff put into making Tiffany and Diego's wedding such a success. I can honestly say that there was not one little hitch at all and everybody enjoyed themselves immensely, the food was fabuous, the venue stunning and the staff very professional with excellent service.It was such a pleasure not having to worry about anything on the day and I must say I was immensely impressed with Oscar, he was wonderful, he could not do enough for us to make the day perfect!

I will and have recommended Sunningdale Park to potential wedding parties as it is such a fabulous venue. Thank you Debbie

Well the day went perfectly! The weather held out and the whole day ran so smoothly. Everyone seemed to have a great time and I managed to get through it with out giving birth so defo a plus.

Please let all the staff know how pleased we were and compliment them on the food as it was amazing and all our guests were saying how tasty everything was.

Thanks again for your help and I hope we weren't to much hard work for Steven.

Please convey our thanks to Oscar, chefs, Peter and all staff that were involved on our wedding day on Sunday 23rd August. Our Wedding was truly amazing with exceptional Service experienced by all. Once Phil and I stepped into the doorway of Northcote we knew we were in capable hands and immediately relaxed and began to enjoy our special day!

The sun was shining all day which made the surrounding gardens exceptionally beautiful. The food was delicious and was presented to a high standard, we can not praise the staff highly enough, all our guests commented on how friendly and attentive everyone was.

Thank you so much for making it happen, we have so many happy memories and thank you all on behalf of all our guests.

Dear Lauren,
I just wanted to take this opportunity to provide you with some feedback with regards to our actual wedding day and the lead up to it. Northcote House was the first venue Peter and I looked at.After just one visit we knew straight away that it was the perfect place for us to get married.We originally got shown around by Lauren Crisp who was extremely helpful, friendly and provided over and above all the information we needed to get us going in our preparations.The lead up to our wedding and in dealing with staff, ie mainly Lauren Crisp and towards the end Steven was extremely professional at all times.Nothing was ever too much and both Peter and I felt that these people bent over backwards to make us feel at ease. On the day every detail was carried out, there were plenty of staff(under the leadership of Steven) that were on hand at all times should any issues arise; of which the one’s that did were dealt with swiftly and highly professionally. The wedding was beautiful, and too the venue, all perfect.In our opinion there aren’t enough words that can describe how happy, good and professional the whole lead up and the actual day was.I just wish I could do it all over again!Thank you so much to all the staff involved at Northcote house, our day was wonderful and the memories will last forever.
