We recently got married at The Priory Barn (Aug 08) The barn is huge and extremely impressive... as soon as we walked into the building on our first visit we knew it was the wedding venue for us. Our guests were amazed by the beauty of the barn. Everything ran like clockwork. The staff were extremely polite and competent. The food is to die for! Geoff the chef is a genius when it comes to food... Anything you want they will prepare, they do have a menu for you to choose from but it can be adapted to suit you! They will bend over backwards to help you achieve your day the way you want and envisage it. The grounds are extremely well kept... lovely for the piccies. Priory Barn is a fabulous venue for your wedding we would recommend it to anyone. I cant think of anything else you would need to know... Go and see it for yourself, I can assure you you will not be disappointed!
The Priory is, of course, a superb and possibly unique venue with an atmosphere all of its own.
The bonus comes with all the add-ons ; their courtesy and helpfulness in all the planning stages as well as on the day, the friendliness and good nature of all the staff and the quality of the cooking. It was the best I have ever had for a catered meal. I can praise it no more highly than to say that if I had food of that quality served to me in a restaurant I would return again and again to that restaurant.
If we have another celebration The Priory would be our first choice of venue.
