We just want to thank you all at Browns for a wonderful wedding day. All our guests were most impressed, especially with John's efforts in the kitchen. Please pass our thanks on to all the staff (our waiter worked very hard) and we can thoroughly recommend this hotel as a wedding venue.

We had the perfect day and I have to say that everybody said the venue was beautiful and the food was outstanding!! The weather was on our side which was just the icing on the cake and the day was as relaxed as we had hoped. All of your staff are so lovely and just seemed to mingle in. |
Special and unique

We got married at Browns Hotel in September we wanted somewhere totally special and unique to hold our wedding and we certainly found what we were looking for here, we were married on the glass well in an open courtyard with the sun shining. We booked the Hotel exclusively for our wedding. The whole experience was faultless this is definitely a 5 star Venue, but still manages to be warm and welcoming. We were made to feel totally at home nothing was ever to much trouble for any of the staff. The food that we ate was amazing - great local produce. The staff are friendly and professional. Helena was invaluable to us - We can not Thank you enough or think of a way to repay for. We had just a perfect wedding. Thank you to all. |

Words cannot express how grateful I am to you for all the hard work and effort that went towards making my daughter’s wedding day absolutely perfect in every possible way. Not only are Matt and Jenny euphorically happy but every guest had a truly wonderful time. I was told that it was the best wedding with the best food people had ever been to – people just had fun. I have never before encountered anyone so dedicated. You really do go the extra mile to ensure your guests are happy. No matter how tired you were, you were always the consummate professional, calm, efficient, helpful and kind. |

Thank you all for making our special day so spectacular and run so smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for more. We are so pleased ; it was exactly what we always wanted. The food was gorgeous and enjoyed be everyone. We had a lovely day and look forward to seeing you next year for our anniversary.

Everyone has been saying that it was one of the best weddings they had been too. I am so pleased that we chose Browns as you and your team made both families comfortable and helped with everyone’s requirements. There have been lots of comments on how amazing the food was and as my friends and family are extremely picky about their food this is a great compliment to the chef. |

Thank you again for making our big day so amazingly special we had such a beautiful day and everyone who attended really enjoyed themselves and loved the hotel. Your team of staff were very helpful and wonderfully polite it makes a huge change to stay at a hotel where the staff are of such a high calibre and they deserve a huge big thank you from us. A very big thank you for the excellent day you gave us all. I would highly recommend a wedding at your hotel. The staff were excellent and very friendly, they couldn't do enough for you, especially for the little ones!! Helena you were amazing from start to finish including all the planning for the big day, we cannot thank you enough. We know the family enjoyed it too as they said on numerous occasions how good everything was and how great all the staff were. Also a big thank you to Steve for the smooth running of the day, you were brill !! and also to the chef whose food was out of this world! |

The atmosphere, service, food and always present but non-intrusive support were all superb. We would have been able to say that hours after our wedding but the passing of time has only made us realise even more how thankful we are to all at Browns. Our wedding day had to be a wonderful day for our guests not just ourselves. Many noted the excellence of the food and the cheerfulness and politeness of all the staff were noted over and over again. Everything we asked for was as one would want it to be, on time and without a fuss. Indeed, our speeches ran way too late but everything was accommodated without a word, for which we are most grateful. One close friend asked before the wedding “Why Tavistock” but afterwards was moved to say “I can see why now – Browns was an easy choice”. This sentiment was echoed by so many of our guests. We know how hard it is to achieve such high levels of service and support. We thank you sincerely and deeply for making our wedding day a wonderful and memorable event. |

From start to finish everything ran smoothly with great finesse and little obtrusion! I would like to thank each member of staff individually Steve, Megan, Kayleigh, Jose, and the rest i didn’t get everyone's name for their hard work and ability to keep smiling on what must have been a very long and busy day. The food was out of this world....we have had so many comments from our guests telling us that it was the best they had ever tasted. This made us feel wonderful to have been able to provide our guests with this experience. |
