We had our wedding at The Mansion,Leeds on 14th August 2011.I can not praise the staff and venue highly enough!From the moment we had our first meeting with Michael Gledhill to the moment we left on our wedding night the level of service was unbelievable. Nothing was ever too much trouble whether it was trying to help me find a make-up artist or just rid me of nerves the week before. Every member of staff was beautifully trained and were always happy to help you. I have never experienced service like it. Every detail of our wedding was executed with the utmost attention to detail whether it was setting our tables for the wedding breakfast or simply greeting a guest as they arrived. The venue itself is immaculate and is extremely well cared for and presented. The quality of our food was on a level with any 5* restaurant we've ever been to. We visited almost every wedding venue in the North East and Yorkshire to find the perfect venue and even visited America for possible wedding venues.We had actually already booked our wedding at another venue but upon seeing the Mansion,quickly cancelled it,despite losing our deposit as we were so sure that the Mansion was the best place for our wedding. I cannot put into words how outstanding this venue is.

Perfect Weddind Day

Dear Michael, James and the rest of your staff.
I dont think it is actually possible to express just how perfect our wedding day on the 24th September was. Michael, you and your team surpassed all expectations. From the tiniest detail such as me looking warm and one of your waitresses appearing before me with ice water before I had even thought to ask to the amazing meal that you put on for us and the guests.
Our friends and family were amazed. One guest said he had been to over fifty weddings and that this was by far the best. Another guest commented that he hates weddings but found this one to be a really great day!
You promised me we would love the day and there was no stress and nothing went wrong and I adored every minute. I just wish I hadnt had to have so many pictures taken so that I could have spent more time just watching and taking everything in.
Thank you for the amazing service, attention to detail and for being so lovely. Compliments and thanks to all at the Mansion.

Dear Michael and James,
I’m writing to thank you both for our Wedding at The Mansion on Saturday 29th July – it was one of the best days of our lives!
Everything about the day – from the wonderful ceremony; the drinks on the terrace (with the seemingly endless jugs of Pimms); the sumptuous summer buffet (the beef was gorgeous) to the friendly and amazingly attentive staff – was delivered with incredible attention to detail and true professionalism. A number of us joked about your earpieces making you resemble CIA secret agents but I can see why you wear them as everything appeared so effortless with everything always in the right place at the right time.
We’d also like to pay a big thank you to the bar staff, waitresses and head waiter for not only being great at their jobs but also being genuinely warm characters who made all of us (including the hordes of kids) feel really welcome and special.
Obviously with a venue as beautiful and well positioned as The Mansion we were expecting a memorable event but the high quality of service, food and friendly ambience ensured that the day truly exceeded our expectations. Our only regret is that it’s over and we can’t do it all again….
Once again – on behalf of ourselves, our children, and our bowled over guests – thank you, thank you, thank you.

Dear Michael and all at The Mansion,
We just wanted to say thank you to you and all your team for everything you did for us on our Wedding day (28th May 2011).
The day was thoroughly enjoyed by ALL and even now we are getting comments from people about what a wonderful day it was.
The food was excellent and the service of staff was exceptional. Especially in the way they looked after our older guests so attentively (and the younger ones for that matter!).
We are most grateful for all your hard work, Michael, in the run up to the Wedding. Always putting us at ease and the way you dealt with our ‘problematic’ band was fantastic!!
We certainly wish we could do it all again and I think our guests do too.
Once again, huge thanks to you all for giving us such a wonderful day.

We just wanted to say an enormous thank you for all your help and hard work to make our Wedding Day special. Because of your professionalism you made our day amazing. The day ran smoothly without any hitches and your efficiency was also noted by our guests, along with the outstanding service provided by the staff on the day. Having attended a number of friends’ weddings since our big day the difference in the service provided has become even more noticeable – none of them meet the high standards provided by Dine.
We have received various comments from family and friends regarding the day and how much they enjoyed it. Many have described the wedding as they best they’ve ever been to. We truly believe a large part of this was down to you and the Dine Staff.
Many thanks, please let us know if you ever require any references in the future, we will be more than happy to provide these for you. We always recommend Dine to our friends – more and more are getting married now!

Dear Mr Gill,
We were married at The Mansion on Thursday 25th August this year.
Michael Gledhill looked after us from start to finish and we just wanted you to know how fantastic the whole thing was! It was certainly down to him – his attention to detail, the personal service he delivered and his relaxed, easy manner.
Ours wasn’t the biggest wedding and we had a modest budget I’m sure in comparison to others – we felt that this made no difference to the level of service that we experienced. We hope that our whims were small! They were certainly met with no trouble or fuss!
We had a few guests with dietary needs, in particular a guest with a serious egg allergy – this was managed brilliantly and all of the worry about feeding her was taken away from us.
All of our guests commented on the service, the quality of wine and the food.
Michael helped us to create a day that everyone will remember for all the right reasons. Happy memories with loved ones are priceless and we can’t thank him enough for that.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the venue and service to others – and Thursday’s a great day to marry too!

Just a note to thank you for helping us to have the most amazing Wedding Day on 25th August.
We know that we are just one of many couples who choose the Mansion but we never felt that way. The individual service and attention to detail made us feel really special and looked after.
Our guests all commented on the fantastic service – the staff couldn’t do enough for them. Please pass our thanks on to those working on the day.
In particular the way the children were catered for was just brilliant – wasp sting management and all!
Without fail everyone commented on the great wine and food – your attention to our guests with dietary needs took all of the worry away.
Once we’d met you we just knew everything would be perfect! You have guided us and been totally reliable. We just had a feeling that you would ‘sort it’! So we have a day that everyone can remember for all the right reasons!

I was just wanting to thank you and your staff for an exceptional day, we had our civil ceremony at The Mansion Leeds and we were looked after by Michael, he was very helpful when we were looking for a venue and recommended other services that were just as professional as yours to make our day AMAZING.
Michael and the staff at Roundhay were professional, courteous, friendly and far exceeded our expectations for the day, all our guests commented on how professional the staff were and how lovely the venue was, and everyone had a wonderful day.
