Hi Emily,

We are emailing to say a huge thank you to you, Nitin and the team for making our wedding day such a success. From our first meeting with you up to the end of the actual day we felt that things were in control and whenever we had a question it was answered quickly. From having the time to stand and look at various combinations of lighting, to getting us a cup of tea while we set up, we knew we had made a good choice in selecting the Holiday Inn as our venue.

On the day the staff were amazing and many of our guests commented on how their glasses were never empty and the efficiency and service from everyone around. Transition between stages of the day was also excellent and we didn't feel like we were waiting around at all. I myself experienced this when I needed some safety pins for my dress and a member of staff on reception fetched me some from her own locker. Also, our evening guests were welcomed and chairs made available for them to join us while we finished up in the reception room.

The food was amazing, not that Carl and I managed to eat an awful lot, but guests mentioned it was one of the best meals that they have had at a wedding, and the timing and serving of the courses was brilliant.
Nitin was fantastic at getting everyone where they needed to be, including us who nearly forgot to cut the cake. The band and DJ were in the right places at the right times and everything just worked.

So yes, we are very grateful to everyone who was working that day, down to the bar man who had a very late night, for making our day so perfect. Please pass on our thanks to those involved.

can i just say emily that you have been brilliant super helpful i literally could not have asked more from you and even when i was making 4 and 5 calls to u a day about little niggly details you were brilliant if i had of been u i would have stopped answering my calls lol, also massive massive thank you to nitin and the staff that day my god they were amazing i am one of the most awkward people to work with as tom always tells me i like to have everything perfect and i could not tell u one thing that i would have changed about the service at holiday inn

Everything was absolutely perfect the kingston suite is stunning the waiting and bar staff incredible at one point even one of your waiting staff was running around after my little boy playin with him doing high fives everytime my son ran past him and making sure he didnt run out of the room which i thought was so so sweet as he is not paid to baby sit but he was doing it anyway just because he is a nice guy which i appreciate so so much i can not even tell you the half of it i would be here writing a book if i did lol but yeah that put a big smile on my face when i saw that very sweet to watch.

With regards to nitin well i dont even know where to start that man is an absolute credit to the holiday inn name he really is he literally did everything in his power to ensure the day went smoothly for me and tom and for this i cannot thank him enough, i came in on the friday evening he allowed me to off load the cake and then when the cake collapsed he organised another one for me without telling me which would have added extra stress to my day which i will forever thank him for, then on the saturday morning myself and some friends came in to decorate and he had organised a guy to come help us ( i dont remember the guys name but only young very sweet think some of my bridesmaid had a little crush on him) he was very very helpful and even helped give us ideas of how to hang the organza materials which we ended up doing as his idea was brilliant and worked very well, and then when we arrived at the hotel for the reception nitin overlooked the entire night made sure everything was perfect for us and running on time he is amazing I literally have nothing but the highest compliments for him.

The bar staff again amazing they were able to handle a crowd of irish and geordie drinkers which is a pretty difficult task on its own but they were amazing there was never a queue at the bar for very long they served everyone quickly and i know that people were happy about that as on a normal saturday night out you tend to spend most of your night queueing up at some bar or another so bar staff were fabulous.

Your reception staff again brilliant got everyone checked in and out the next day real quick no compliants everyone loved their rooms, i've actually had a lot of people say to me that when they found out it was a holiday inn we were having wedding at they weren't really sure what to expect and when they walked into the main bar they just thought wow not at all what they were expecting they have all told me how beautiful the hotel was and how friendly and helpful the staff were and i have to agree your all amazing

and last but definately not least the room that came with the package that room with the balcony OMG that room was beautiful i ended up spending a lot of time just bringing up guests to see my room lol however I must say that particular hotel room has now ruined me for all future hotel rooms as i have yet to stay in a hotel room that can compete with that one now my standards are set so high im not really sure how tom will be able to keep me happy in any others now!

So the highest compliments to holiday inn kingston south and the entire team you have all made my wedding day absolutely flawless and for this im not sure of how we will ever be able to repay you I feel like we ripped you off as your service is worth a lot more than we paid and we will never be able to thank you all enough.

Thank you for your wonderful services at our wedding and for making our celebration so perfectly elegant.
Everyone has told me what a great time they had. So many people commented on how nice the room was set up, the food was brilliant and everything really organised (exactly what we wanted)

Dave and I would like to thank you very much indeed for all your hard work in making our day so successful and enjoyable.

Would you also please thank Ernestas and his team of very efficient helpers plus the kitchen staff. The food was excellent, service brilliant and all round we had a tremendous day and a wonderful evening. Several guests remarked how good the occasion was so you may end up getting some enquiries in the future.

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the Holiday Inn and to you, Ernestas and all the staff who helped to make our wedding such a success.
Thanks to wonderful organisation, the event ran smoothly and efficiently and although everyone told us to expect a few hiccups, we're pleased to say there were non at all!

We had our son's wedding celebration in your hotel on 18th September and we would like to thank Enestas and his team for their friendly and faultless work. Every single one of them have a freindly demeanour and couldn't do enough for us. We also found this to be the same with all your staff.
