Gorgeous venue, hence the stars. I would give the customer service 0 stars. The person I have been dealing with is very unhelpful and acts like anything is too much trouble. Access to the venue for visits is very limited - you only get a couple of hours one saturday a month.
hey offered me the use of a small room to the side of the main hall for free and now 3 weeks before my wedding have turned around and denied offering me the room at all and now says that it isn't available and even if it was I'd have to pay extra for it. If you choose to use this venue please make sure everything agreed is in writing, as this isn't the first time I've had that problem with them, I just previously made sure that everything was documented.
Unfortunately for me the person I originally dealt with when booking the venue was lovely or I would never have booked the venue.
