Sandhole Oak Barn

Sandhole Oak Barn is an impressive venue set in the heart of rural Cheshire. Just off the A34 and close to the M6, Sandhole is extremely accessible. The towns of Congleton and Macclesfield are nearby and Manchester is also within easy reach.
The Barn has been built to a traditional design using top quality materials. The oak beams are mellow and impressive making costly decorations unnecessary. It is fresh and bright with artistic lighting. On a summer's evening, guests may enjoy their drinks on the lovely veranda overlooking the private lake with its family of swans.

The Barn at Bury Court

The Barn at Bury Court is an exciting venue, which is quite simply, stunning. With far reaching views over surrounding countryside, yet only five minutes from the A31, the peace and beauty of this venue is breathtaking. The innovative and beautiful gardens, designed by Piet Oudolf, are justly acclaimed as 'truly exceptional' combining natural elegance with artistic form. Herbaceous borders, rich in colour, are packed with unusual plants interwoven with waving grasses and sculptures. About 170 guests can be seated for dining in The Barn, which has been restored to the highest possible standards using authentic materials.

Upwaltham Barns

Upwaltham Barns, set in the heart of the South Downs, have been traditionally restored to the highest standard. The South Barn can seat 170 guests for dining where new lighting and underfloor heating systems appropriate for the character of the building have been installed. The East Barn is a dramatic setting for a Civil Wedding or seats up to 100 for dining. The huge glass doors, allow superb views over the Downs, and the limestone floor is light and stylish.

Bartholomew Barn

Bartholomew Barn is situated in a stunning, rural setting, 5 minutes drive from Petworth. In spring, the woods are carpeted with bluebells and the pretty gardens are always full of colour. The barn is fully restored using authentic materials but comfort has not been sacrificed. A huge wood-burning stove at one end of the barn makes it equally suitable for winter or summer reception parties. Double doors lead on to a sheltered courtyard which with its central fish pond, parasols and patio heaters has a lovely, relaxed Mediterranean feel.

Slaugham Place

Slaugham Place is one of the most romantic and atmospheric venues in the south of England. The dramatic, four-hundred-year-old, listed, Grade II* ruins of Slaugham Place, a great Elizabethan manor house, have been restored under the supervision of English Heritage. The ancient ruins of Slaugham Place are surrounded by twelve acres of grounds including formal gardens, bridges, a river and wonderful old trees.

Gate Street Barn

In the secluded setting of the Surrey Hills, 5 miles south of Guildford lies Gate Street Barn. At the heart of a family estate, the barns were built in the traditional style using wood from oak trees lost on the farm in the 1987 hurricane! This is a truly magnificent place equally suitable for a winter or summer wedding. Recently refurbished in 2007 the barn now features a beautiful Bride's room, a meeting room, new ladies loos, a disabled loo with baby changing facility and second Green Oak Barn reception area known as The Granary. The open-fronted barn has a beautiful landscaped garden overlooking open countryside, a superb setting for a drinks reception and photographs.
