Sandhole Oak Barn is a beautiful and unique wedding venue set on the banks of a private lake. Sandhole Oak Barn is family-owned, which ensures a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere. The venue is exclusively yours on your wedding day, providing you and your guests with a tranquil and secluded setting.
Built to a traditional design, this impressive oak barn is light and spacious and is licensed for civil wedding and partnership ceremonies for up to 150 guests. The ceremony area is enclosed with graceful neutral drapes that are drawn back after the ceremony to reveal the reception area, with its wonderful views over the lake and glass doors that lead out onto a lakeside verandah. Up to 150 guests can be seated for dining.
The Granary Cottage is available, if required, for the wedding couple on the day and night of your wedding. Sandhole Oak Barn also has 17 en-suite bedrooms for your guests in the converted Stables. Charming and full of character, the bedrooms have all the mod cons you would expect and disabled facilities. The Small Barn is a separate barn that can be used as a comfortable lounge area throughout the day and evening, and as a place for overnight guests to unwind after the celebrations.
