From the moment of arrival through Rocco Forte’s Brown’s Hotel’s own private entrance on Dover Street, the wedding couple knows that this special day is going to be a truly magical one. Each wedding couple has a dedicated private wedding co-ordinator who is on hand to tailor-make their wedding, with attention being given to the small details that make a difference. No two weddings take place at Brown’s on the same day, allowing them to rest in the knowledge that everyone is there to look after solely their special event. Each menu is specifically created and lovingly prepared by a team of talented chefs, who use only the finest seasonal ingredients. The hotel’s sommelier has carefully compiled a list of over 50 wines and Champagnes from which to choose and should they wish to have a bar offering speciality cocktails then this can also be arranged. Each couple is invited in to the hotel before the event, not only to sample some of the mouth-watering dishes available, but also to personally meet the chef to discuss any requirements they may have.
