If you’ve missed Channel 4s latest realimentary show, My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding, your telly must be broken. It’s transfixing format shows the lives of our Romany cousins, who live side by side with us around the country but appear to be inhabiting a completely different dimension. Goodness, don’t they have a passion and vitality for life, and personally I loved that pink wedding dress with the fairy lights built in. It was fun.  I’m not suggesting that gypsy weddings are the new vintage, but there’s a lot to be said for adding a touch of bohemian style to your big day. (more…)
