Quantock Hills wedding venues
The Quantock Hills run for fifteen miles, ending at the coast of the Bristol Channel, near East and West Quantoxhead. Rich with historical points of interest, the hills are peaceful heathland interrupted by a number of popular footpaths, perfect for long walks and camping holidays. Natural beauty flourishes in the Quantock Hills, and it was recently declared an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
A number of scenic, sleepy villages and market towns, such as Thurloxton and Halsway, are scattered throughout the region, and there are any number of Public Trust areas for visitors to see, including a number of ancient churches, several mansions and estates, and a wildlife refuge. Any of these locations would be romantic, if unusual, places to get married, or hold an event or reception.
