FOOD
Eat, drink, laugh and celebrate at Hartham Park with sumptuous food, superb wines and a fully stocked bar to complement your wedding.

Whether your wish is for your guests to be greeted with a glass of chilled champagne, jugs of Pimms or a special cocktail such as a our Cupid�s Arrow, our wedding team will ensure that we exceed your expectations.

Our experienced Executive Head Chef, Andrew McNaughton, has been busy working with local suppliers and organic produce to design the most impressive, freshest and mouth-watering dishes for you and your guests. Our evolving seasonal menus include dishes such as watercress soup with cr�me fraiche and oysters for starters; to roast sirloin of beef with roasted field mushrooms, fondante potato, red wine sauce and b�arnaise; followed by cappucino mousse with warm chocolate cake and caramel sauce.

These are just some of the dishes that our chef can create and he is happy to invent new menu choices especially for you. These dishes reflect the attitude and the commitment of Hartham Park to provide our wedding couples with the perfect menu. We strongly recommend a consultation with our chef and an opportunity to experience the food of your choice before the big day through our private tasting for the bride and groom.

Our Chef
After gaining distinctions from City and Guilds at Scarborough Technical College, Andrew spent time working in London for Antony Worral Thompson at 190 Queens Gate and then for Henry Harris at Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge where Andrew became Head Pastry Chef. A year cooking in Australia for Neil Perry at Rockpool in Sydney brought him to the Oxo Tower Restaurant where he became Senior Sous Chef. It was at Oxo that Andrew met Michelin Star Chef Patrick McDonald with whom he spent the last four years as Head Chef, where they achieved a Michelin Red M for the quality of their food.

The food Andrew likes to cook and serve is food he eats himself, based on British, French and Mediterranean classics, simplified, lightened and reworked for clean, no fuss food.

A WEDDING DAY GUIDE
Every wedding day is unique and we can create bespoke packages to ensure that your experience is one to treasure and remember. We will tailor your wedding to your exact requirements whilst the example below will give you an idea of some of the things that we can provide:

Food and beverage for a Winter Wedding
� Arrival drinks - Winter Pimms served warm with apple juice, and garnished with winter fruits or Hot Chocolate Truffle of warm milk, chocolate liqueur and Baileys, with chocolate sprinkles
� Canap�s
� Wedding Breakfast with a menu created for you by our head chef
� Champagne or wine for toasting
� Evening Buffet, again using a menu created especially for you by our head chef

Directions by car: Hartham Park is situated on the A4 at Corsham midway and south of junctions 17 and 18 of the M4.

From The M4 East (London)
Leave the M4 at junction 17, take the second exit signed A350 for Poole and Chippenham. Continue along the dual carriageway for just over 2 miles. Turn right at the roundabout following the signs for the A350, straight over the next two roundabouts remaining on the A350. At the fourth roundabout (Bumpers Farm) take the third exit, marked the A350 on to West Cepen Way. Go straight over the following roundabout and then at the sixth roundabout (Chequers) turn right on to the A4 signed Corsham and Bath.
After approximately 1.5 miles you will reach a cross roads with traffic lights and the Cross Keys Public House on your right. Go straight across and after 400m you will approach the 30mph speed restriction signs, take the right hand turn signposted " Hartham". After 500m you will pass the estate church on your left and after a further 800m you will reach the lodge gates to the main house. Continue past the main gates for a further 100m, and turn left into the main car park.

From The South
Either take the M5 North and then M4 East towards London route and then follow instructions as from the M4 West or follow the A350 through Westbury, Trowbridge and Melksham towards Chippenham. Leave the A350 at the roundabout signed A4 to Bath, and then follow instructions as from the East.

From The M4 West (Wales)
Leave the M4 at junction 18 signed Bath and Stroud, follow the A46 south towards Bath. Continue on the A46 for approximately 3 miles � on descending towards Bath, do not follow the slip road signed Bath but continue along the A46 dual carriageway to the roundabout. Follow the A4 towards Chippenham. Stay on this road through the village of Box and after 3 miles you reach two mini roundabouts. Go straight over, there is a third mini roundabout where you will bear left towards Chippenham continuing on the A4. Follow the road for approx. 800m and take the left hand turn signposted "Hartham". After 500m you will pass the estate church on your left and after a further 800m you will reach the lodge gates to the main house. Continue past the main gates for a further 100m, and turn left into the main car park.
