Directions by public transport:
Bus services in operation to Ripon from Leeds, York, and Harrogate. 'Ripon Roweller' bus service runs from Ripon to Fountains Abbey daily. Call 01423 526655 for details.

Directions by car:
4 miles west of Ripon, off B6265. 8 miles west of A1 Signposted from A1. 12 miles north of Harrogate (A61). Leeds 27 miles. York 28 miles.
