There are several buildings available from an 18th Century thatched cottage to a fully carpeted brick and flint barn providing seating from 10 to over 300 guests. As well as the buildings there are large areas of grass, lakes and a medieval wood.

Additional details: The Shepherd’s Cottage is an 18th Century thatched building nestled on the edge of a medieval wood and overlooking extensive lakes. It is licensed for civil ceremonies and small receptions for up to 40 guests. There is an enclosed garden and patio area outside with an open log fire and original brick floor inside. This is perfect for an intimate occasion. The Mixing Barn is licensed to hold from 40 to 170 guests for civil ceremonies. It is of brick and flint construction which is fully carpeted and is attached to the Main Barn where a reception can be held to seat 100 – 300 guests. This is also brick and flint, fully carpeted with a marquee lining in the roof. There is a large dance floor and licensed bar.
Directions by car: The venue is approximately 80 miles from the northeast of London, 6 miles off the A12 and 15 miles north of Ipswich.
