Directions by public transport: The Quayside Exchange is located on High Street East, Sunderland.
Nearest Train Station: Sunderland Central
Nearest Metro Link: St Peters Metro Station
Directions by car: From the North and the West use the A19. Take the A1231 into Sunderland. Go past the Alexandra Bridge along the B1289 which takes you past the Stadium Of Light and follow the City Centre signs. Go across the main Wearmouth Bridge stay in the left lane, turn left at the lights at the end of the bridge on the A1018 ring road, High Street East is left at the next roundabout. (Signposted Old Sunderland) The venue is a 200 yards on the left.
From the south go into Sunderland, pick up the A1018 ring road signposted for South Shields until you get to the Old Sunderland roundabout, and turn right.
