Built as a private family residence between 1885 and 1906, its five principal reception rooms and twelve bedrooms have been meticulously restored to achieve the standard of beauty set by the manor's idyllic surroundings. Guests can take a stroll around the enchanting gardens to the rippling waters of the River Dart that serve as the perfect backdrop for your wedding day photographs

Additional details: Available on an exclusive use basis and accommodating up to 90 people for a traditional wedding breakfast, and over 200 for the evening reception, the facilities at Holne Park House are vast. The happy couple are treated to five reception rooms including the Ballroom and Dawson Room, each as elegant as the last and 12 sumptuous en-suite bedrooms including a luxurious bridal suite within the main house with superb views. For those wishing to make the most of the stunning surroundings there is a level-lawn area to the front of the house and an attractive tea garden that provides the perfect setting for a marquee that can accommodate larger parties of up to 500 guests for a wedding ceremony, breakfast and/or reception.

Directions by car: Within the Dartmoor National Park, yet only one mile from the A38 between Exeter and Plymouth near Ashburton, Holne Park House is easy to find and conveniently located. Follow the brown tourist signs to the River Dart Country Park from the Peartree Junction on the A38 by Ashburton.
