Description:
Goldsborough Hall offers you the chance to feel like royalty on your wedding day.

Once the home of Princess Mary, Goldsborough Hall is a beautifully restored stately home, and the perfect setting for that extra special wedding. Set in 11 acres of wonderfully landscaped grounds, with unspoilt views over tranquil parkland and gardens it is ideal for all those important photographs.

Goldsborough Hall is an exclusive venue allowing your wedding to be the only focus of the day. The Hall has three spectacular state rooms all of which are licensed for Civil Marriages and Partnerships. The oak-panelled Jacobean library is perfect for hosting your drinks receptions, whilst the Princess Mary’s Drawing room creates an idyllic room for your wedding breakfast and the Sir Richard Hutton Dining Room with its medieval fireplace lends a majestic air to ceremonies. For couples wishing to have an outdoor wedding, the Hanson Conservatory is the next best thing, its two walls of glass that can be concertinaed open allow the bride and groom to be in the room for the formal part of the ceremony (as dictated by British Law) whilst their guests view from just outside on the terrace.

The Hall’s magnificent bedroom suites have all been refurbished to the highest standards and are accessed via the grand staircase or the internal lift. In keeping with the history of the property, the sumptuous bedrooms have been named after the families who owned the Hall during the first 400 years of its existence and as such each suite carries a story of the history that surrounds it. Whilst the suites have been individually decorated, each has certain features that have become a trade mark of the luxury of staying at Goldsborough Hall. Be it a hand made mahogany 8ft by 8ft four posted bed, unique ivory leather chesterfield suite, a high tech 50inch plasma TV, wireless monsoon shower or whirlpool bath, each room is designed to make you and your guests stay, one of total indulgence.

From packages to bespoke wedding arrangements, grand occasions to intimate events, the experienced staff at Goldsborough Hall ensure that everything runs effortlessly, leaving you to relax and enjoy your special day in a unique and unforgettable venue.
