Venue type: Historic Building
Description: Chillington Hall is one of the country’s finest Stately homes, located between Brewood and Codsall Wood, South Staffrdshire.
Home to the Giffard family for more than 800 years, the magnificent Georgian house has historical links with William the Conqueror, Elizabeth I and Charles II.
Set in 1100 acres of Capability Brown designed parkland, gardens and woodland, Chillington Hall offers uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside and of its own extensive lake. Inside the Hall, you are met with a fine collection of antiques and portraits, ornate Italian plasterwork and a beautiful stained glass window above the main staircase. The Saloon is the impressive centre-piece to the building with its unique domed ceiling and huge stone fireplace.
Only available on an exclusive use basis.
