We can offer you a dedicated wedding co-ordinator, who will guide and advise you through every step, taking care of all the arrangements and keeping a keen eye on all the little details. Your day will run smoothly and seamlessly . You and your guests will be given all the attention and care you deserve. We pride ourselves on being flexible and our ability to interpret precisely what you want. The Barn at Berkeley does not offer wedding packages as we believe they lead to generic weddings. Your wedding should be as unique as you are. We will help you to achieve the day of your dreams by listening to what you want and using our years of experience to suggest menus, ideas and options.
Civil Ceremonies & Civil Partnerships We have two rooms which are licensed for Civil Ceremonies. The Great Hall, with its grand open fire, flagstone floor and stone walled dining room can accommodate up to 300 guests. The Loft, with its stunning chandeliers, railed gallery and exposed wooden beams can seat up to 150 guests. And for those who are looking for something a little different, we can now offer you the opportunity to marry in our garden pergola, which is also licensed – perfect for a truly summery event! Remember that you will need to agree a date and time with both ourselves and the Superintendent Registrar. You can do this by telephoning 01453 766049. Evening Receptions Why not invite the rest of your friends along and hold your evening reception with us too! We can cater for 100 – 300 guests in the evening, offering a variety of menus from light bites, a finger buffet or a hot fork buffet. And don’t forget that The Barn at Berkeley is reknown for its succulent hog roasts! We can also help you with arranging your entertainment, whether you would like a disco, a band, a string quartet or a harpist!
