HdV Brighton is situated in The Lanes conservation area, a pebbles throw from the seafront. Our 49 bedrooms are housed in a collection of eccentric gothic revival and mock Tudor buildings erected, appropriately by a wine merchant on the site of an old inn.

The Dome is our largest room with a capacity of 80 � 90 people and is located in Pub du Vin and has a beautiful glass panelled domed ceiling, and is suited for dinner parties & weddings.
The Hush Heath is located on the ground floor of the hotel next to the Bistro. The room is full of natural daylight is perfect for informal and formal lunches and dinners alike and it is also ideal for business meetings
The Whiskey Snug opens out over the Vine-covered courtyard and is ideal for up to 36 wedding guests or up to 60 for a wedding reception.
Our Screwpull dining room is unique and located via the Screwpull cellar, and is an idyllic intimate setting for the smaller and intimate wedding parties. (approx 14 guests).
Directions by car: FROM THE M25/M23/A27
Join the A23 signposted to Brighton 'Town Centre'. Follow the A23 (signposted 'Seafront') until you reach the roundabout opposite Brighton Pier. Turn right along the seafront onto Grand Junction Road, which becomes King's Road. Just past the Thistle Hotel and then Black Lion Street, you'll find Ship Street, which is a one-way street with no access from King's Road.
Drive past Ship Street and take the next turning right into Middle Street. Follow to the end bearing right until Middle Street meets Ship Street.
Turn right into Ship Street. Hotel du Vin is on your right at the end of the street, just a stone's throw from the seafront.
