Additional details: We have four private rooms for you to choose from for your wedding ceremony and celebrations. These are Balfour, Le Pin, Lanson and Christie's Library & Janneau Bar.
Balfour & Terrace The Balfour is the largest of our four function rooms, a simplistically rustic space with distinctive features such as a high-vaulted ceiling, original window arches, hand painted 'trompe l'oeil' and oceans of natural day light. With its own private ante-room and secluded roof terrace, Balfour is ideal for weddings parties of up to 72 guests.
Le Pin Le Pin is an elaborately hand painted 'gold' room inspired by the Austrian Art Nouveau artist Gustav Klimt and is ideal for celebrations of up to 40 people.
Lanson Our most intimate room is situated adjacent to the bistro and is lovingly adorned with painted cherubs within the centre of the ceiling. It is perfect for seated dinners of up to 12 people.
Library & Janneau Bar The Christies Library and/or the Janneau Bar are fully licensed for the ceremony and can also be used as lively backdrops to pre-reception drinks and after party chill-outs. The space is ideal for smaller seated ceremonies of up to 12 and drinks receptions of up to 100.
Wedding Breakfast Package The wedding breakfast package is priced per person and is available for parties of 8 or more in Lanson, 15 or more in Le Pin and 25 or more in Balfour. The package includes;
• 2 glasses of sparkling wine and canapés upon arrival • 3 course meal including a half bottle of wine • Mineral water for the table • Coffee/tea and chocolate truffles following the meal • A glass of Champagne for the toast • Printed menus with individual place cards • White table linen • Simple, stylish glassware, white china & candlebras
Room hire will be quoted separately, depending on the rooms required. Alternative wines are available upon request at a supplement. Exclusive and partially exclusive use of the hotel can also be organised. A 10% discretionary service charge will be added to the final bill.

Menu We offer a three course menu including coffee and a selection of buffet can be offered for your evening reception.
Canapés A canapé menu is available. We suggest 3 to 4 canapés per person for a pre- lunch or dinner reception.
Drinks An extensive wine list is available and our Sommelier can be on hand to guide you through the choices and also offer advice on matching wines to your chosen menu. We also stock a wide selection of aperitifs and digestifs to tantalise the most discerning of palate. In Summer months your drinks receptions can be served in our courtyard.
Bedrooms The hotel features 40 exquisitely designed bedrooms all of which feature custom made beds with fine Egyptian linen, CD & DVD players, fluffy robes, free standing bath tubs & monsoon showers. For the wedding night or special occasion there are five unique suites to choose from which include Veuve Clicquot with a mezzanine floor featuring twin bath tubs and the beautifully open plan Harveys with its own alfresco terrace.
Car Park Limited outdoor car parking is available which is operated on a first come first served basis. There is also a multi-storey car park situated close to the hotel on Rupert Street.
Evening Entertainment/ Music We allow DJ / Discos until 12am if the 4 surrounding bedrooms are occupied by the wedding party.

Bristol International Airport is approximately 10 miles away, 20 minutes by car.
BY TRAIN
Bristol Temple Meads train station is approximately 1.5 miles away, 20 minutes walk.
Directions by car: From the M4 Leave the M4 at Junction 19 taking the M32 into central Bristol. Follow signs to the city centre passing Broadmead shopping centre, on the left of St. James Bartin Roundabout. After approx 400 yards, Rupert Street carpark will be on your right. Continue to traffic lights at the war memorial - keeping to the right. Turn right, around the memorial, onto the opposite side of the carriageway. Move into the left hand lane. After approx 200 yards, you'll approach a pedestrian crossing. Take the next left into Narrow Lewins Mead (small side road) and you'll have arrived at Hotel du Vin.
From the A4
Take the A4 into central Bristol and follow signs for the city centre. Keep to the left hand lane, passing Broadmead shopping centre on the left. From here - please follow directions above.
