This one time elegant warehouse in Manchester is now a gorgeous boutique hotel with a very theatrical style.

With its red and black d�cor, we think it�s reminiscent of the Moulin Rouge. It�s certainly stylish, whatever colour you�re hoping to paint the town.

They cross the chequer-board lobby to be part of its vibrant bar and brasserie scene, head upstairs, where the enjoyment continues with its exceptional rooms and suites, and then downstairs, to le petit spa for the less adventurous , or a rigorous work out in the gym for the downright foolhardy.

Life should always be suite, and whether you�re looking for romance, indulgence (or over-indulgence) or even celebrating your honeymoon, Malmaison are proud to say that we can offer you the most delectable of abodes to stay in.

From �255 per night you can enjoy one of our glorious suites or super suites, or why not treat yourself and spend that little bit extra by booking one of our love suite love packages with champagne on ice, chocolate dipped strawberries, aromatic oils and candles, a chilled Mal CD and that all important champagne breakfast in your room.

There are 3 private rooms as well as our Fabulous Mezzanine Lounge that can be reserved privately for the wedding reception after the wedding breakfast. Directions by public transport:
We are located opposite Manchester Piccadilly Station, and are an approximate 20 minute walk/5 minute taxi drive away from Victoria Station.

Manchester Airport is easily accessed by train, which is approximately 20 minutes from Piccadilly Station.

Directions by car:
From M6 North
Exit M6 at Junction 30 signed Manchester M61. Exit M61 at Junction 2 signed Manchester City Centre A580. Carry on along the A580 for approx. 6 miles. The A580 turns into the A6 near Salford � on the left hand side you should see University College Salford. Carry on along the A6 until you come to a major set of cross roads, (Trinity Way) which is signposted for the ring road. Go straight through the junction heading for Piccadilly/City Centre and at the next traffic lights turn right. You should now see Salford Central Train Station on the right hand side. Carry on up this road and pass the Town Hall on the right hand side (approx. half a mile). Go through the next traffic lights (over the tramlines) and at the next traffic lights (you should be able to see the Princess Hotel directly in front of you) carry on straight through.

At the next set of traffic lights turn left (you should see a Royal Bank of Scotland in front of you). You are now on Whitworth Street. Go through the next set of traffic lights and then bear left at the next set heading for Piccadilly Station. Get into the right hand side lane and cross over the lanes on the one way system (you should now see a Hertz car rental on the right hand side). At these traffic lights turn right and you should see a colourful building on the left-hand side. This is MALMAISON. At the traffic lights, turn left and the hotel entrance is situated on the left-hand side. Pull in here to off-load any luggage if required. For car-parking carry on past the hotel and turn left into the NCP car park.

From M6 South and M56
Leave the M6 at Junction 19 and at the roundabout turn right onto the A556 heading towards Manchester City Centre. At the large roundabout at the end of the dual carriageway turn right onto the M56 and follow this all the way to the end heading for the city. Carry on along the A5103 approx. 7 miles all the way to the roundabout at the very end. Go straight over the roundabout (passing the Premier Lodge on the left-hand side) and at the next set of traffic lights turn right. You should now be on Whitworth Street. Carry on up the road and at the next traffic light go straight over. At the next set of traffic lights (you should see the Palace Theatre directly in front of you) go straight across.

Go straight through the next set of lights (you should see a Royal Bank of Scotland on the right hand side). Go through the next set of traffic lights and then bear left at the next set heading for Piccadilly Station. Get into the right hand side lane and cross over the lanes on the one way system (you should now see a Hertz car rental on the right hand side). At these traffic lights turn right and you should see a colourful building on the left-hand side. This is MALMAISON. At the traffic lights, turn left and the hotel entrance is situated on the left-hand side. Pull in here to off-load any luggage if required. For car parking carry on past the hotel and turn second left into the NCP car park.
