Directions by public transport: Train services are available to and from Waterloo & Victoria to Dorking and to and from Victoria to Redhill.
Directions by car: Eastbound, Exit the M25 at Junction 9 and head in the direction of Dorking. On reaching Dorking turn left at the Deepdene roundabout onto the A25 to Reigate. After passing the Arkle Manor Public House, turn right at the next roundabout into Station Road. At the T junction turn left, follow the road until you pass the Red Lion Public House then take the first turning on the right into Sandy Lane. After 55 metres Hartsfield Lodge and the Manor driveway can be seen on the right hand side.
Westbound, Exit the M25 at Junction 8 and join the A217 to Reigate Then take the A25 to Dorking. Go through Reigate town centre and remain on the A25 until you reach Buckland. At the brow of the hill turn at the church into Old Road. Follow the road for half a mile then turn left into Sandy Lane. After 55 metres Hartsfield Lodge and the Manor driveway can be seen on the right hand side.
