The site on which The Barn is now located has a history of having hosted weddings and leading social events in Tunbridge Wells, in previous years when it was known as “The Elizabethan Barn”.
Like many buildings in this delightful town, The Barn is interesting. Erected in traditional Kentish style with lots of oak beams and columns throughout and great character.
The bar and restaurant have recently been totally refurbished whilst retaining the traditional features of a barn which helps create the unique character and atmosphere which has made the venue so popular.
The Barn offers the exclusive use of the whole premises and garden or simply the restaurant with no reception venue hire fees and prices remain the same whatever day or time of year you choose to marry.

Directions by car: The Barn is located just off Mount Pleasant Road (50 yards from the railway station) in Lonsdale Gardens which is a private estate. It is close to the theatre and major shopping areas. Being part of a private estate there is parking facilities for Barn customers in the evenings and weekends, which is a unique facility within Tunbridge Wells town centre.
