Additional details: The Main Dining Room can be hired for your wedding and can accommodate up to 120 for seated dining, 120-200 for a buffet (as a mixture of seating and standing space) or 200 for canapés (standing only). It has a large, contemporary bar area which can be used for champagne receptions or pre-dinner drinks, as well as post-dinner dancing.
Our First Floor can accommodate 20-60 for seated dining, 60-100 for a buffet (as a mixture of seating and standing space) or 120 for canapes (standing only). It provides an informal but intimate atmosphere with its private bar and enclosed balcony, overlooking the Thames.
Should you be planning a larger wedding you can hire the entire venue exclusively using both the first floor and main dining room, to accommodate 180 for a seated dinner, 180-320 for a buffet (as a mixture of seating and standing space) or 320 for canapes (standing only).
Directions by public transport: Nearest mainline station is Teddington. From Teddington Station, taking the Garden Centre exit, turn left out of the station. Straight ahead till you reach the main road (Broad Street). Turn right and walk down the High Street past Marks & Spencer's till you reach a T junction with a small church on one side and the Landmark Arts Centre on the right. Turn left. The Wharf is located in the next private residential complex on the first right.
Nearest tube station is Richmond. From Richmond station either take a taxi or jump on the R68 bus which stops outside the residential complex The Wharf is located in. Alight at the Manor Road stop.
Directions by car: Directions from Teddington High Street: Follow the High Street (A313) down towards the River Thames. At the cross roads with Manor Road and Kingston Road, turn left at the traffic lights. Take the first turning on your right when see the large sign for The Wharf.
Parking is limited at the restaurant however additional parking can be found across Manor Road in the residential streets around Twickenham Road and Cambridge Road.
