Venue type: Historic Building Description: Osmaston is a privately-owned beautiful 3000 acre park at the southern tip of the Peak District. The original manor house was demolished in 1965, but the site of the house has been restored and although the house is missing, the surrounding grass terraces, ponds, stone steps and ballustrades are now in tact and provide a spectacular and unusual setting for marquee receptions of between 100 and 600 guests We are holding a Wedding Fair on Bank Holiday Monday 31st August 2009 11.00am - 4.00pm. This is an excellent opportunity to come and see the beauty of Osmaston Park for yourself. We will have a large number of local suppliers attending to help make your dream wedding.
