Hatfield House, Park and Gardens is the perfect setting for your special day. You will be choosing a magnificent Grade I listed venue and we will offer you all the help and support you need to ensure a memorable occasion. The Hatfield House Hospitality team is highly experienced in the fine art of hospitality and will be available to help you plan the perfect day.

In the extensive and beautiful garden is the surviving wing of the Royal Palace of Hatfield (circa. 1485). It is here that Elizabeth I spent much of her childhood.

In November 1558, following the death of her sister Mary Tudor, Elizabeth held her first Council of State in the Great Hall, where corporate and private parties, mariage ceremonies and wedding receptions, banquets and other events are held throughout the year.

listed Old Palace Banqueting Hall or the Riding School, with its stylish contemporary interior, flooded with natural light.
Feel free to tailor your special day to

your vows in the Old Palace and host
your wedding breakfast in the Riding
School. Both venues are licensed for civil ceremonies. The choice is yours.
Or if you prefer to simply hold your
wedding reception in either venue, please be our guest.
