Directions by public transport: By Rail: We are a ten-minute walk or a short taxi ride away from Darlington Station. Either follow signs to the taxi rank or exit via the subway if you wish to walk. Walk through the arches and straight down Victoria Road. Cross straight on at the two roundabouts and you will see Bannatyne Hotel ahead on the left.
By Air: Teesside airport is only a fifteen-minute taxi ride.
Directions by car: From the South: Take the A1(M). From Scotch Corner proceed north to junction 57; A66 (M), signed Darlington/Teesside. At the first roundabout remain on the A66 (first exit). At the second roundabout take the second exit into Grange Road. Once you have passed a petrol station, take the third opening on the left into Southend Avenue. This runs parallel to Grange Road. Follow this to its conclusion, bearing left at the end into our drive.
From the North: Take the A1(M). Take junction 58 (A68), Corbridge/Darlington exit. Follow signs for Darlington Centre, bearing left at the first roundabout. At the second roundabout, take the second exit and immediate left into Carmel Road North (A67). Cross the third roundabout into Carmel Road South and continue to the fourth roundabout. Turn left into Grange Road, signed Darlington. Once you have passed a petrol station, take the third opening on the left into Southend Avenue. This runs parallel to Grange Road. Follow this to its conclusion, bearing left at the end into our drive.
From Teesside: On the A66, at the first roundabout on Darlington's outer ring road, turn left and follow this road to the second roundabout. Go straight on at the third roundabout. At the fourth roundabout follow the sign to the Town Centre. This is Grange Road. Once you have passed a petrol station, take the third opening on the left into Southend Avenue. This runs parallel to Grange Road. Follow this to its conclusion, bearing left at the end into our drive.
