Restaurant Description: The Vaults Restaurant and Bar… Set against the Jewellery Quarter’s rich cultural backdrop on the edge of the financial district, this spacious subterranean escape is a unique venue with a lot of character.
Occupying the vaulted underpinnings of an imposing Victorian building our surroundings are certainly distinctive and ultimately relaxing. As you enter the venue down a flight of enclosed stairs, you won’t expect to see what you find. Art and photography blend with signature exposed brickwork, bespoke furniture, polished wooden flooring and a dusky autumnal colour palette.
Our personable boutique restaurant is dominated by a huge floral display under feature lighting and seats up to 54 guests. Daniel Humphries Senior Chef at The Vaults is delighted to present his exciting menus which blend contemporary European cuisine with traditional British favourites and position the restaurant at the forefront of the cities culinary scene.
The Vaults bar is a suave yet welcoming retreat. Get comfortable in an armchair as you listen to low level smooth grooves and sip premier champagnes, bottled beers or carefully crafted cocktails.

Directions by public transport: From Birmingham New Street get the train to the Jewellery Quarter train station. Turn right out of the station to the clock tower and turn left, continue down the street passed Vertu, The Vaults is further down Newhall Place on your left.
Directions by car: 3 minutes drive from the City Centre, head to the Jewellery Quarter from the Paradise Circle roundabout. Pass the BMW garage on the left and The Vaults is just up Newhall Place.
