Directions by car: From the North/Tyne Tunnel follow signs for Sunderland to A184. Follow All Routes.
From the South/A1M turn off A1(M) on to A690. At junction A19, Turn left for Sunderland(NORTH) (A1231). After approx.3 miles at roundabout turn right (A1231). Follow National Glass Centre (BROWN SIGNS).Pass entrance to Glass Centre to mini roundabout(seafront). Turn left onto Roker Tce/Whitburn Road(A183) Hotel half mile straight ahead.
From West/A69/A1 (A1 south) bypass Gateshead. Turn off A1 at A1231. Turn right at roundabout, follow A1231, straight across A19, then as above.
All routes continue for 3 miles through West & East Boldon, over lights, past Tetleys Greyhound Stadium. At next roundabout turn left (Seaburn Dene) and first right. At roundabout turn left (Dykelands Road), follow road to coast, turn right, hotel is off roundabout.
