Excellence in Customer Service -
The Glen-Yr-Afon House Hotel has been recognised for its outstanding customer service by winning the prestigious Chamber of Commerce Award for Excellence in Customer Service. Tim Strong and Pam Watkins received the honour on behalf of the hotel from Patrick Long, Head of NgB2B, at a gala awards ceremony hosted by Jamie Owen on 24 October which marked the finale to the Chamber of Commerce Business Week 08. The Hotel beat off a number of competitors from South East Wales and across the border to win the Award which was judged by a select panel of representatives from the public, education and private sectors.
