Just a brief note to say very many thanks to everybody at the zoo involved in the arrangements and on the day of Rozzie and Dave's reception on Saturday
From the change in plans for the Drinks Reception, Arrival and Greetings, Wedding Breakfast, Evening Reception right through to the driver of the buggy cheerfully taking the very last guest to the car park / coach park through the pouring rain at 12.30 + you handled everything superbly
The food (and service) was excellent and the snow leopards were the best children's entertainers I have ever seen !!
I believe this was the first wedding you have done ? - if so you have set your standard very high

I am now back at work following a wonderful honeymoon and all is now back to relative normality.
I’d like to offer an extra big thank you to Petra for her unbridled attention to Dani (the Bride) and also the member of staff (sorry I didn’t catch her name) who helped us to thread hundreds of paper Butterflies to cotton on the day before. All your staff went beyond the call of duty for us on the day, but these two were fantastic, please pass on our thanks.

Britannia Hotel Aberdeen Do not have a wedding at this venue Rating: Review: we have just had our wedding at this venue on the 10th September 2011.
If we had booked a room here to 'try befor eyou buy' so to speak we absolutely would NOT have held our wedding here .
If you are contemplating a wedding here then we strongly urge you book a room for a night before hand and I guarantee that you will NOT book your wedding here .
Mike and Rachel the wedding co-ordinators are great to deal with it is the rest of the package which is simply awful
The level of service you receive as a guest is truly appalling
Our stay really was a catalogue of disasters and we have given a detailed breakdown to the hotel but also on trip advisor .
The hotel itself is old which is not a problem but what is a problem is the serious need for some refurbishment and some cleaning !( the toilet door in the room wouldnt even close )
However what is unforgivable is the trully awful level of service that one experiences at this establishment .

q vardis Rating: Review: Caroline and Michael were wed on Monday 9th August, 2010, in St. Mary's Church, Harefield, prior to the Reception at Q Vardis.
When we walked into the venue, the area for the Wedding Breakfast looked simply stunning. The reception area is large enough for everyone to have room to mingle, have a drink, look at the table plan and find their way around.
The food is second to none. The plates went back to the kitchen empty and the lamb was sooooo good,the groom had a second helping!!
Having the wedding on a Monday meant we could have the whole venue to ourselves. There was plenty of room for the evening guests to mingle with our day guests.
We have received so many compliments about Caroline and Michael's wedding day and an integral part of the day being the success it was is due to Nick and his staff - they certainly did us proud and we would have no hesitation in recommending Q Vardis to anyone who was looking for a venue with a difference.
Thank you to Everyone at Q Vardis for making our daughter's wedding day so special. It was indeed a pleasure to work with you all.

Our Wedding Day - Friday 26th August 201 Rating: Review: My wife and myself would like to thank the team at the Thistle Hotel in Cheltenham for helping to make our Wedding day so special.
From the moment we first arranged the booking with Ilze Laure, every thing ran so smoothly and removed the big "stress factor" with choosing a venue. All the team were friendly at the Cheltenham Thistle, and nothing was too much trouble. We would particulary like to thank Callum who organised behind the scenes on the actual day ensuring every one had a great relaxing time and that all our guests were looked after like V.I.P's. Everyone who attended our wedding party commented on the cleanliness of the hotel & the fantastic food that was served and the whole day in general.
We had a fantastic day, and the memories we will cherish forever with the lovely photo's that were taken in the beautiful gardens of the hotel.
Once again, a BIG thank you for helping to make our wedding so special. I would stongly recommend this venue to anyone who is thinking of a wedding venue.
