We're predicting a strong leaning towards classic 'feel good food' with a difference, it has to look good, taste even better and It's also important to us to source as much local produce as possible. Head chef Kurt Giger chooses farms including the famous Kelmscott pork, reared just a few miles away!
We have recently lovingly created some new wedding menus that have a strong focus on these aspects, think Kelmscott Farm outdoor reared pork, black pudding crumble, English mustard, grilled leeks, apple sauce, cider cream for main followed by Pimm’s No 1 jelly, sweet candied cucumber, confit oranges, seasonal berries, mint. Both classic dishes but with the extra care and pazazz that you would expect from your wedding breakfast.
