Melville Castle

Unique and magical, Melville Castle is set in the idyllic countryside outside Edinburgh. Built in 1786 by Henry Dundas, the castle is an extremely romantic setting for your nuptials. Hosting weddings with a maximum of 200 guests, Melville Castle has extensive grounds for your family and friends to enjoy during your big day. Famous for visits from Mary Queen of Scots and Queen Victoria, this venue is clearly fit for royalty.

Walk up the aisle in the magnificent ballroom as if featuring in your own Disney film followed by a classic wedding breakfast in the Viscount room. Dine upon Scottish fare with a classic French twist or Melville Castle’s chef is happy to make a bespoke menu for your party. Use the on-site wedding planner for help in the run up to your big day.
