Blenheim Palace is close to the historic town of Woodstock. We are only 8 miles North West of Oxford on the A44 Evesham Road. The Palace is easily accessible from both London and Birmingham and is signposted from Junction 9 of the M40.
From Oxford approximately 20 minutes. From Central London approximately 1 ½ hours. From Stratford on Avon approximately 45 minutes. From Bath approximately 1 ½ hours.
Directions by public transport:
Trains run regularly from London Paddington to Oxford and Oxford Parkway, and London Marylebone to Bicester and Birmingham or vice versa.
Coaches run extremely regularly from Victoria Coach station (London) to Gloucester Green (Oxford).
A number S3 bus runs from Gloucester Green to Woodstock.
The number S3 to Woodstock runs from Oxford Train station and Gloucester Green to the gates of Blenheim Palace on Hensington Road in Woodstock. Please ask the bus driver to identify the appropriate stop. The bus runs every 30 minutes.
