At Mulberry House, we can offer you peace of mind knowing that special care will be taken by our wedding co-ordinators to guarantee your wedding day is organised to the finest detail to ensure a truly memorable occasion.
The beauty of the 22 acres of landscaped grounds provides a romantic backdrop for your wedding photographs ensuring you capture those precious memories of your day.
The main House itself has such a perfect ambience for celebratory occasions with its high ceilings and sweeping staircase.
Wedding receptions at Mulberry House are tailored to the needs of the bride and groom. You may want to have welcome drinks for your guests in the main house, followed by a sit down meal in the Mulberry Suite. During the speaches you may wish to play a pre-recorded message from a relative who lives abroad and cannot be there in person. Later in the evening the Mulberry Suite can be converted to host a live band or disco with a dance floor. Drinks can be served from the adjoining bar. With special agreement we could also erect a marquee in the gardens so that you can enjoy your wedding reception overlooking the lake.
Mulberry House offers a striking combination of traditional Georgian architecture and modern, twenty-first century additions successfully combining the old and the new. The house is a constant reminder of the importance of strong foundations and enduring values and also the need for flexibility and innovation so necessary in today's world.
Hotel accommodation is available in recently refurbished rooms within the main house and well-appointed modern courtyard rooms located in the grounds. Mulberry House is able to provide single, twin, and double room accommodation for up to 40 guests.
