From the M1 (junction 21) and the M69 junction 21 off the M1
The M69 leads into the Junction 21 roundabout.
Follow the A5460 towards Leicester. After Total petrol station, pull into the right hand lane in readiness to turn right at the next set of traffic lights into Upperton Road.
Follow signs for the City and after about a mile you will come to a T-junction, with the Royal Infirmary on the left and the Tiger's Rugby ground ahead.
Take the right-hand lane and follow the traffic to the left.
Follow the signs for the railway station and turn right at the next set of traffic lights.
Take the left-hand lane to turn left into Tiger's Way, follow the sign for the railway station.
Go through four sets of traffic lights and the railway station is on your right-hand side.
At the fifth set bear left into Charles Street, then take your first left onto Northampton Street and at the T Junction turn right onto Granby Street. Continue down Granby Street to the set of traffic lights and turn left where you will find the hotel car park 50 yards on your left

Leicester railway station - 800m
Turn right out of the train station and continue down London Road.
Go through the underpass. Continue down Granby Street.
The Mercure Leicester City hotel is 350 metres on the left hand side.
St Margaret's Bus Station - 800m
Turn right out of the bus station and left into Churchgate.
Continue to the clock tower into Gallowtree Gate and then onto Granby Street.
The Mercure Leicester City hotel is on the corner of Granby Street and Belvoir Street.
