Then relax with celebratory drinks on the terrace. A choice of tempting drinks are available to suit all occasions including a Champagne and Canapé Reception for those taking a longer break between the Drinks Reception and Wedding Breakfast. A well stocked bar is also available where guests may choose their own drinks, on your account or paying as they go.
Silhouettes Restaurant is ideal for our early afternoon Wedding Breakfast. Alternatively if you wish to be married late afternoon the Ebor Suite is best.
We offer you a mouth-watering selection of menus to choose from. If you have particular preferences we will be pleased to adapt a menu to suit, or assist with special dietary requirements.
The Ebor Suite is ideal for an Evening Reception and has its own private bar. For the Evening Reception choose from one of our tasty Buffet Menus to round off the perfect day.

Leave the M6 motorway at Junction 36, following the dual carriageway (signposted Windermere & South Lakes), via the Kendal bypass and the A591. Immediately on entering Windermere, turn left on the A592 to Bowness. At the lakeshore, continue past the Steamer Pier for 300 metres to the Burnside Hotel, which is on your left.

Change for Windermere at Oxenholme (The Lake District), which is a main line station on the London Euston to Glasgow Central Line. Taxis are usually available from Windermere Station forecourt, but if in difficulty, telephone the hotel.
