Situated in its own private picturesque garden and rich in local history, Lady Margaret’s Medieval Hall retains many of its original features, including the fully functioning bell, allowing the newly married couple to uphold the ancient Celtic tradition of ringing in happiness for their new life together.

Directions to Lady Margaret's Medieval Hall

Lady Margaret's civil wedding venue is tucked away down the end of a country lane just on the outskirts of the small East Devon town of Honiton, famous for its historic lace production.

Set in its own private garden for your exclusive use on your wedding day, Lady Margaret's is just off the A30 on the south western side of Honiton.

Honiton is situated close to river Otter, 17 miles (27km) north east of Exeter and J28 off the M5. The A30, A35 and the A373 all pass by here providing good access from all directions of Devon and beyond. Honiton also boasts its own railway station being the West of England Main Line that runs from London Waterloo through to Exeter.

The entrance to Lady Margaret's Medieval Hall is through the large gates at the end of Beggars Lane. Please note that this is the only entrance; there is no direct access from Exeter Road.
