Welcome to Lanwades Hall, a historic Tudor style manor house in the heart of East Anglia, just 90 minutes drive away from London.
A beautiful events venue, complimented by the delightful ‘secret’ sunken garden and terrace, which has welcomed King Edward VII as a guest, now offering privacy and exclusivity where you can hold your wedding.
Sitting proudly at the end of a sweeping tree-lined driveway complete with incredible wrought-iron gates that are flanked by two mirrored gate houses, the Hall gives you a fabulous chance to really make an entrance! This could be in a wonderful vintage car or even traditional horse and carriage.
Inside the hall are four state rooms licenced for civil ceremonies, enabling us to host your entire day, from beginning to end. Our 4 unique rooms vary in size, so you can use them as you wish, you can have your wedding breakfast in one, a band in another one, and use the drawing room to catch up with friends and family.
One of the rooms could be for the kids, decorated accordingly. They can have their meal in there, and later use our adventure playground. You will have exclusive hire of all of our rooms, allowing you to run your day exactly as you wish.
On the top of that, you and your guests can enjoy the sunken garden, the orchard and extensive lawns around the Hall
