Our beautiful venue is perched at the end of the seawall in the lower part of the fishing village of Robin Hoods Bay on the North Yorkshire Moors Coastline that provides a unique setting.
We are fully licensed for civil ceremonies and have a wealth of experience ensuring each wedding is different.
The former Chapel built in 1779 is steeped in history and at one side overlooks the quirky streets of Robins Hoods Bay and its back overlooks the stunning coastline with a clear backdrop of the sea. A private garden at the back provides a special area to hold a private drinks reception and is a photographers dream.
Seating up to 100 people for a civil ceremony the former chapel was also used as a concert hall and has amazing acoustics. The bride can make a dramatic entrance sweeping down the chapel staircase and the amphitheatre style ensures everyone gets a great view.
After the option is to have a wedding breakfast downstairs in the Cafe Bar area with a private seaview terrace. Packages range from seaside fish and chips to the classic Afternoon Tea. The area is fully licenced for alcohol and live music.
