Balcombe Place is a shining example of a large country house set within stunning grounds, with far reaching views of the Sussex Downs. Balcombe Place is a property to be envied and desired and is here for your exclusive use.
With availability throughout the year, we offer privacy and exclusivity for everyone that stays with us. Whether you wish to be here for the day, the weekend, or the whole week, we will cater everything to your wishes and needs.
With your own Event Manager on site, and Wedding Planning services available on request, we will ensure every detail of your wedding is designed with you in mind.
Balcombe Place will be the most beautiful backdrop for your wedding day and we want this incredible building to be your home.
The house has five main reception rooms, with a capacity of 20 - 120 guests seated together in one room. If you would like more people you can have a marquee on the lawn for your meal and still party in the house with up to 350 people.
We have seven exquisite, en-suite bedrooms ready to view, with a further seven will be renovated following this.
Viewings are being accepted, and are by appointment so please contact us to be one of the first to discover this extraordinary house.
Heading southbound on the M23 take junction 10A and follow signs to Balcombe. Continue through the village of Balcombe. You will pass the Balcombe Estate Sawmill on your right, and a local farm shop. As the road veers to the right, take the left hand turning on the bend. This is the North Lodge entrance and the only entrance with access to Balcombe Place.
Balcombe (BAB) has its own railway station, however, Haywards Heath railway station (HHE) is ten minutes away and carries all major train lines to and from London.
Taxis are often found outside the railway station but it is always advised that you book.
You are very welcome to land on the lawn.
Otherwise, Gatwick is our closest airport, approximately fifteen minutes from Balcombe Place.
Heathrow is only slightly further, approximately 60 minutes from Balcombe Place.
